ISO 9001:2015 specifies requirements for a quality management system when an organization needs to demonstrate its ability to consistently provide products and services that meet customer and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements; and aims to enhance customer satisfaction through the effective application of the system, including processes for improvement of the system and the assurance of conformity to customer and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.
ACCET Accreditation
In 2018, the IATA Training Centers in Montreal and Miami were both awarded ACCET Accreditation for their classroom courses, with eligibility for government funding programs for U.S.-based companies.
Founded in 1974, the Accrediting Council for Continuing Education & Training (ACCET) has been continuously recognized by the U.S. Department of Education as a reliable authority on educational quality since 1978. ACCET strives to identify, evaluate, and enhance the delivery of continuing education and training through an independent peer-evaluation process. With a global reach, ACCET’s expansive scope is designed to support a diverse array of non-traditional post-secondary educational providers.
