About the course

5-day (40 hours) classroom course

IATA Management of Aviation Facilitation aviation training course

As countries progressively reopen their borders and airlines increase the number of destinations they serve, both face the challenge to process passengers within a reasonable timeframe. While ground agents must check additional health documents, the States have to set up secure solutions to collect additional passenger information. This creates and unprecedented need to simplify the requirements, accelerate the adoption of digital solutions, and promote public-private partnerships. In alignment with IATA’s Passenger Facilitation Program, this course focuses on the crucial areas of travel authorization, passenger data, immigration, risk assessment, and terminal capacity with the aim to provide a secure, seamless and efficient “end-to-end” passenger experience.
